The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced an increase in vacancies for the 70th Integrated Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024. The number of available positions has now risen to 2,035, up from the initially announced 1,957. This change marks the third recent increase in available posts for the 70th CCE, with vacancies first raised from 1,957 to 2,027, then 2,031, and now to the current 2,035.
Exam Schedule and Selection Process
The BPSC 70th CCE preliminary exam is scheduled for December 13 and 14, 2024. The selection process will occur in two stages:
- Preliminary Examination: This two-hour test consists of objective questions worth 150 marks. A negative marking system will apply for incorrect answers.
- Main Examination: Only candidates who pass the preliminary exam will qualify for the main exam.
