The ‘Order of Mubarak Al Kabeer’ is a prestigious Kuwaiti knighthood, awarded to heads of state, foreign sovereigns, and members of royal families to symbolize friendship and goodwill. Past recipients include global figures like Bill Clinton, Prince Charles, and George Bush.
